SIM does not work in the Netherlands at all. Contacted the helpdesk three times after three individual visits. Never got the impression that the problem was taken seriously.

Worse... 1- They will force you to speak german or won't answer customer support. 2- I talk with one lady, and she told me to click on it won't charge it. Then they took €40. 3- I want to cancel my contract, but they told we will take money. 4- I mailed to give me copy but they did not answer. 5- I send correct bank, but they made a mistake, they charge me €5 more. Don't buy this if your are not german. Let's see the way treat foreigner.
