So don't anybody get mad at me if u mess up ur device being a dumb . But what I did to fix the sound issue is I pulled the rubber ear thingy off and took a sewing needle and removed the ittsy bitts little screen that covers the speaker hole and then popped the rubber things back on and voilà sound once again ... also helps it u clean ur ears out and keep up with that kind of hygiene to not block that delicate lil hole ... I'd have to say the only thing that makes me mad about the app is that I can't update becuz it is haven problems relocating the dock but idgaf bcuz I love the lil guys lol

Awesome Have any of you read what the team at sky buds are saying about the samsung phones? I did so at current I'm not using the app and instead connecting directly via Bluetooth. They work exceptionally well and sound amazing. The volume can go high enough to blow your ears off!

So frustrating. The app is very buggy. With the new updates, it won't connect to both of the ear buds. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I use them at the gym, but I find the ear buds discharged most of the time, even though the dock is fully charged. Wish I could return the product

Update never finishes And for some reason my dock won't power on anymore and my earbuds won't connect to my phone. I think the app is to blame. I'm going to exchange mine for a new set and hope for better luck. So far it's been a miserable experience. EDIT: Second pair won't pair with my phone at all after the first time pairing. The software of these buds is garbage. The factory reset doesn't even work. Go with a better company that knows what they're doing. Sky buds isn't worth your time and effort.

Not working Installed new update but when I open the app I get a NEW 1.0.4 update available but when trying to install I get buds not available and it doesn't matter if they are in or out of the dock. Getting Damn Tired of this Crap !
