Every time it asks for Refffered customer. Does not go to my Sky electric home page to know the status of my Home solar usage etc.

Highly not recommended. Extremely bad experience with Sky Electric. Higher level of disappointment. Better to get solar system from some other provider. Their after sales services are zero. Not any proper complaint management system they have.

It's very, very poor. Back up services. Nobody hear any kind of complaints. Also sky electric staff is very selfish. Many times I go in sky electric office. But no solid response. I can't suggest anybody for install sky electric packages. Because they always staff is lie. Lie and lie

Changed the look JUST FOR CHANGE, don't understand what was the need to change the look, new info could be added to the same app if deemed necessary, Much info vanished in new app, graphs just got worse, they have become tiny, in the earlier app graphs were very good, clear & large and previous days even months and years graphs were available, now only previous day graph is available, in battery graph, battery level has been replaced with something else which is not useful. 1 out of 10

Destroyed the good working app by adding OTP feature. Very good. You need OTP since this is a banking app! Suffering now.! Dissatisfied customer What help. Remove OTP
