I would say the installation team member Mr. Usama did a great job today by getting the system to go live in 8-9 Hours including installation of outside and inside post solar plates installation. Thanks Sky electric.

All figures appeared zero, refresh after mins. Moreover, yesterday a malfunctioned observed, battery dial scale droped from 3kw to 2kw with battery capacity at 2.2 kw. Now grid scale 10kw, solar 5.3kw and battery 2kw. Pl recheck the system

Every time it asks for Refffered customer. Does not go to my Sky electric home page to know the status of my Home solar usage etc.

No backup for installed solar and storage systems. My batteries are 1/10 the original capacity now and sky electric is not replacing batteries even though they are under warranty. The same issue is being faced by a lot of other customers as well. Customer service is extremely poor, they'll assure you that they'll fix the issue but then the usual no response. Word of mouth is extremely powerful, and I've already told my whole family not to install solar from sky electric!!
