Would love the option to choose whether I see a departure time versus countdown. Seems to switch automatically based on how close the departure time is.

As a tourist visiting Stockholm I wasn't sure about buying a 7-day travel pass on the app considering the negative reviews, however I'm really glad I ignored them and just went for it. I found the app very intuitive to use, it was easy to buy a pass, when you want to travel you just activate it and scan the QR code at the barriers. Looking up travel routes also worked a charm for me, including for the archipelago ferries (which the app also told me about which tickets to buy, very useful!)

The new update is terrible because there are new options to click when you need to buy a ticket, like "put the ticket on my phone" (what else??). This is like going back in the past: it requires useless additional clicks, and it's particularly annoying when you are in a rush

Last update made the app look better shure, but removed the simple way of buying the card more annoying. And also removed widget support witch I was using more than just going to open the app.

Sells me UL/Uppsala ticket when im in Stockholm need SL ticket. The customer support refuses me refund though it is non-activated. Confusing app.

In the last update you cannot see the next departures from the station you are departing from. You have to type the entire address from where you are to where you are going to get a recommendation on how to get there. 90% of the times I use the app I am going from home to work or vice versa, I don't need to get recommendations on how to find my way! I just want to know when my next bus/train leaves! The main functionality of the app is in other words gone! What were they thinking?
