The route planning was a bit confusing so I used Google Maps instead, maybe if I bothered to learn how to use it it would've been useful. Other than that, it was simple and easy to use. Some directions and overall explanations on how to use the ticket in public transport would've been very useful, but the off platform website explained it well enough

In July 2025, we traveled around and including Stockholm. I am not sure why this app has gotten such bad reviews. This app worked easily to buy single pass trips and a One-day pass. We were able to get on and off buses, trams and use the Stockholm metro/subway. This app works just as well as any major European city's transportation app and is a must-use if you are traveling by bus tram or subway in or around Stockholm. That's why I gave it 5 stars

Would love the option to choose whether I see a departure time versus countdown. Seems to switch automatically based on how close the departure time is.

I buy app tickets, and it's a pain to scan. Kept brightness at full, etc.bus drivers lose patience before the scanning happens. I don't want to carry a physical card, if qr doesn't work make it nfc.

Pretty happy with this app in general, but two things take it from great to pretty awful, and both in very, very common user stories: 1. When searching for trips, disruptions to the lines involved are not always surfaced - even planned ones. Instead, I have to click five times and search. 2. Every time I show my ticket, the app gets put in the background by the NFC prompt, so I need five attempts. Why can't the app turn off NFC when showing tickets?
