As a tourist visiting Stockholm I wasn't sure about buying a 7-day travel pass on the app considering the negative reviews, however I'm really glad I ignored them and just went for it. I found the app very intuitive to use, it was easy to buy a pass, when you want to travel you just activate it and scan the QR code at the barriers. Looking up travel routes also worked a charm for me, including for the archipelago ferries (which the app also told me about which tickets to buy, very useful!)

Absolute rubbish app. Firstly, the payment method only worked once. To make it work again you have to remove the payment method and reinstall it. Plus, after buying a ticket it dropped off of the app before activation...so had to buy again. Then, to add real insult, a discounted (over 65) single journey was purchased (26 SEK) and my card was charged 650 SEK. We went to ticket booth to get a refund, and they said to claim via my credit card company. This app needs serious overhaul.

In the last update you cannot see the next departures from the station you are departing from. You have to type the entire address from where you are to where you are going to get a recommendation on how to get there. 90% of the times I use the app I am going from home to work or vice versa, I don't need to get recommendations on how to find my way! I just want to know when my next bus/train leaves! The main functionality of the app is in other words gone! What were they thinking?
