I'm giving 4 since it takes a LONG time to get your reward, but I was able to withdraw money in the form of a google play gift card which is what I wanted these apps for so I'm content with it. And I think I have gotten the unknown error thing too but the next day I got the email with the gift code so, idk what's wrong with the other users end of things.
