Works flawlessly for me. I have two air conditioners set up and multiple app users. Ok it's a little slow to respond and misses a couple of the remote features, but I found it straightforward to set up - just follow the instructions carefully - and then it never misses a beat. My AC units have the Wi-Fi module built in from factory so not sure if that's where the difference is for me versus all the low reviews. But I am happy with the app.

After hours of frustration I found a fix: 1. TURN OFF YOUR CELLULAR DATA 2. If necessary, turn off your router 3. User another mobile device 4. Use that mobile device hotspot to spoof your home network 5. Set up AC devices on app as instructed in app 6. Once working - turn off hotspot, turn on cellular data and turn on home router

It can be considered working in the sense that I can set some parameters and turn my ACs on/off. But a regular remote has incomparably more features, plus the app seems to be talking with all the added ACs in a serial manner - the more ACs I have, the slower the UI is. Every change blocks the UI completely - you cannot tow ACs off quickly, you have to turn one off, then wait till the operation completes, then go to the second one. The UX is as poor as it gets.

No instructions on how to add the air conditioner, the manual just says to refer to other manual which isn't included. Once figured out how to connect it and after multiple tries, it finally connects. The app is very slow, and every click takes 5+ seconds to register plus there is limited functionality with it compared to the remote. I do however like the monthly graph. Sadly they have just done an update and the only things they changed was the ability for Android 8 & 9 users to no longer use

Absolutely awful, app is slow and clunky and doesn't work half the time. Mitsubishi need to fix this !!!
