Works flawlessly for me. I have two air conditioners set up and multiple app users. Ok it's a little slow to respond and misses a couple of the remote features, but I found it straightforward to set up - just follow the instructions carefully - and then it never misses a beat. My AC units have the Wi-Fi module built in from factory so not sure if that's where the difference is for me versus all the low reviews. But I am happy with the app.

After hours of frustration I found a fix: 1. TURN OFF YOUR CELLULAR DATA 2. If necessary, turn off your router 3. User another mobile device 4. Use that mobile device hotspot to spoof your home network 5. Set up AC devices on app as instructed in app 6. Once working - turn off hotspot, turn on cellular data and turn on home router

Mitsubishi HI Japan, please have some good app specialists write a proper functional app for your good air conditioners. This app lets them down! Unreliable to connect. Half options are greyed out, bad ui, not fluid/responsive.

I'd expect a multi-million dollar company to have a decent app. But no. one of the most annoying apps. Slow, unresponsive and basically useless. Some features are now off like weekly timers. Why?
