My family's poor al caus government don't provide pension for me as kid whose unemployed. Had to share mom's pension for necessities for 3 in family, almost bankrupt near end of month there4 can't spend luxury or gifts for festival esp thiz kristmas I'm pis. No god nor santa wiling 2 provide adequate $ under our tree to survive with big exquisite meals. Thiz krismas is meaningless without sufficient blessing. AL im sayin my life is miserable, cant compare to celebrities. Y god punish me with poverty!?!

Keep having to log back in and set up biometrics every few days. Lack of options of funds so missing out on the stock market highs to increase my returns

This app is essentially an in-built web browser of the website, which is really disappointing! With lots of great pension apps out there, this feels really lazy and deserves the dire reviews. There's also bugs - like a cookie notice every time you log in, which no matter how many times you reject it - always comes back. It would be amazing to have a fully native experience that isn't just a copied window into the website. Feels more like you wanted an app done quickly rather than properly!

Device no longer compatible with a Samsung s20? Will this be fixed? I can't update the app as it just says the app is no longer compatible with the phone.

Just joined Smart Pension as my employer has changed pension providers. Had the app a week, can log in but nothing ever loads. Not a great start! Sort it out.
