Does not keep you logged in. Fingerprint password does not work, you have to enter your password twice. (Makes me change password every time I log in) Not convenient like a banking app which also has security features. Update: After emailing customer service, they communicated with me to get the issue resolved. Seems to be working good now. A+ for their service.

Update: It has been fixed! Thanks! I can't use the home, temp, etc. buttons because my navigation buttons cover the controls at the bottom of the screen. It wasn't always like this. I haven't changed my phone or my navigation buttons, so it was the new update of this app that changed. Please move the app buttons up 0.5 inches, so I can use this app!!!

It keeps saying that the request timed out. It is not allowing me to disarm the system from my phone which sucks because if I open the door without disarming the system the alarm with sound and alert police but there's no danger!

This app needs to do better. Every time I close the app I have to sign in cause my session expired, but it says my password is wrong when I know it's not and when I have to change it all it does is send a confirmation email and that's it. It's really annoying to have to keep doing that over and over again. Fix this issue.

No internet detected is common when clearly the internet is online. Clearing cache and reopening the app is the workaround.
