I have never needed to rent a storage before. I had loads of questions. The staff was kind and made the experience very comfortable and easy. The price was cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. Also, the unit was bigger than others in the area. You all this is the place to go! The app is super easy to set up and the fact I don't have to get out of my car and enter a code to open gates is awesome. Especially here in Houston.

Ms. LaDonna, that manages the Smart Stop Self Storage (at 8110 S. Cockrell Hill Rd Dallas TX), is very professional and enjoyable! She made the experience of renting a storage so enjoyable and easy. I'm elderly & I require patience, so she explained in detail so well, & answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I've been with is company for over four years. They went from 65.00 to 442.00. This ludicrous. I have never been late with any of my payments. It's like twice a year my rental goes up. I believe I will be looking else where real soon. Before you know it I will be paying rent like it's an apartment. I'm starting to believe this company is a scammer. My boyfriend has been with another storage company located in Newark NJ for over eight years and his rental has never gone up.

This is the worst storage place I've ever been to. First off they gave me a price for 4 months then over DOUBLE charging me for the unit.I missed placed my key, so they charged me $25.00 for a new lock and another $23.00 to cut the old lock off, when I told them I changed my mind and don't want the lock they told me it was too late no refunds. I don't wish anyone that has to rent a storage unit at this RIP OFF STORAGE place.
