Poor. Reported an issue with a text book. Have tried the online chat assistance and have been getting assistance over email. Text book still not working. Almost 2 weeks and now my daughter is falling behind as she can't make her own notes. I will not recommend snapplify but are forced to use their product as the school only uses it.

Please help me I am having trouble downloading my books. Whenever I leave the app and open it again all the other books start downloading automatically when I didn't need them, this also happens when I open a book and close it boom! they all start downloading. It happened 2 times now, all the books I downloaded are earased by someway. Please fix this problem 🙁

After logging in with Google, I get the error "Failed to parse user info payload". Given that Snapplify forces you to access the books you bought through their reader, this is really not great.
