The entire system is terrible, I have no idea why our landscaper chose it. It takes a dozen tries to get the app to connect to the lights, and that's if it connects at all. I currently can't update anything, and I'm standing right next to the lights, so it's definitely not a matter of range. Then, when I can update, it takes several times changing the color before it saves, and it almost always dims down, so I have to reset the brightness to 100%. I can't wait to switch everything to Philips Hue!

I use various color changing systems. Nothing is even close to being this bad. Limited capabilities for the system are minor compared to had bad it is to connect to the bulbs. A 30-second task on any other system takes 30 minutes. Each color change takes multiple tries and involves closing and restarting the app multiple times.

I've spent over an hour trying to connect to the ONE RED BULB to change it, and my app just spins and spins, then times out. It only shows 1 of the other 6 I've been able to connect to is actually on... They're all on.... I don't know how you release a product with an app like this.
