I had some initial setup issues with my Sonetel number, but the customer support team was incredibly helpful and resolved everything quickly. The person who assisted me was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making sure I was satisfied. Now that everything is working smoothly, I'm very happy with the service. The app is easy to use, and the virtual number works perfectly for my needs. Definitely recommend Sonetel, especially because of their excellent customer support!

This can never be a replacement for skype. Probably they don't even know how skype worked. Bought a number, and monthly subscription. You get only 50 cent credit and all outgoing calls are chargeable. Incoming calls do not produce any notification, so there is no way one can answer. Since I have now bought a subscription would try over next month. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE IF YOU WANT To SKYPE ALTERNATIVE. App is also really pathetic. On Web interface at least we see incoming call.

Constantly logged out then takes countless attempts to finally log back in, only to be logged out again within 30 seconds.

These guys are just making fool. Outgoing calls are not working at all. They are fake.
