Wonderful app for birding. It has live spectrogram view and 3 sec pre-recording buffer. Makes it ideal choice. Option for recording with higher quality can be provided. 24 bites with 48khz.

Not working: why does this app ask for the permission to access your location and telephone whereas the initial purpose of this app is to record wildlife sounds and not to record the phone calls or the location! Fake app.

This requires precise location instead of general location where it won't work that's the Hallmark of Spyware. It also wants to access your phone and your phone records. And for all of that I still could not identify a single bird with the app, so it's totally useless.

Pretty much useless. Starts recording as soon as you open it (not sure if it's supposed to do that, but seems wrong). As soon as you press "stop", it crashes!
