About Phone Calls: Phone calls to regular phone numbers are currently supported in the US and Canada. You can, however, make SonicCloud to SonicCloud calls around the world (similar to other VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Skype, etc).
About the Subscription: SonicCloud is free to download. You can also take the hearing assessment for free, view your hearing results for free, and listen to personalized sound for free for 30 days. After the 30 day free trial, the subscription cost is $9.99 per month. The subscription auto-renews every month unless canceled through your Google Play Store account. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period in order to not be charged for the next period. If you cancel in the middle of the subscription period, your subscription will be valid until the end of the period. Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store Account upon confirmation of the purchase.

It is strictly for calls. What about listening to music on the phone ?
Also in the deceptive FAQs, they are saying that good Bluetooth hearing aid
cost $7K. Nope, it cost around $2K per ear using a very good brand
like Phonak. Quality on the call was ok, not that much difference with
Bluetooth hearing aids.

I took the test twice. I could barely hear anything at the end of testing.
My phone volume could not go up any louder. Could not hear the test call
nor be able to adjust sounds because I couldn't hear what was being said. I
didn't try it with my hearing aids on the test call. I just continued on
with the headphones hooked up to the phone.
