Desktop software shows the charts upside down (inverted). The manual says there is a delete option on the download screen in the desktop app, but there is not, so there is no way to remove charts from the device. The Android app won't sync and won't download any of the charts. The compatibility link in the manual gets a 404 not found. Same thing for the desktop installation link. For such a sophisticated app, it chokes on so many basic things.

No data transfer to Pixel 6 Pro. Device pairs with phone but synchronization never completes. Old version used to work ok on an older phone.

I really love my Sonohralth EKG device for monitoring POTS symptoms because it's easy, convenient, and seems to be fairly accurate. I would recommend the device itself, but the app is in serious need of help. It's very confusing and difficult to use and generally not very user-friendly at all. Love my EKG device, but probably won't consider buying any other SonoHealth products until the app is reformatted, which is a shame because I was really interested in their other devices.
