It's a good app I've not any issues with. I've never known the existed until my boyfriend alerted me to this app. I feel a bit safer walking home at night. If not I just activate video call or sms texting and an associate will be with you until you've reached your home they have your location 24/7, and it'll shorten the time for police and emergency medical response times, and you can use this according to your level of safety not just for emergencies or break-downs. It tracked my son fast

I enjoy the app, however, it definitely needs some improvement. It has a delay on actually time about three "3" to four "4" seconds. My wife is always reminding me of the delay every time she is trying to see where I am at. Please, work on improving the delay issue. I yet haven't started thinking about looking for a similar app, but that can change today. And, you should also work on a "refreshing" button as to restarting any frozen movements. Can't see property address numbers no more. Why?

I had to fix my husband phone and when I did, I lost access to being able to use the app because I had to reset his phone I reset his Wi-Fi data and everything, so now it won't let me in the app because I had to change his email again unless the app is nice and will work with me delete my info and then make another account because I would really like to keep using the app it's a very good app and dependable am sorry 😔 am sorry I had to reset his internet and everything and lost everything sorry 😔

Keeps making an alert sound every 10 seconds like it's searching for voice. It's the same sound the mic makes when looking for a voice and the same sound it makes when no sound is detected. Horrible glitch. Can't even use the app.
