★★☆☆☆ Nothing quick about quick pay! You have to enter all your information over every time you want to pay your bill and, the page doesn't fit the screen. Too big, you can't see the whole page. Definitely not made for a mobile device. Very aggravating every time I have to use it. All I can say good is it works,

★★☆☆☆ I couldn't use it all.... It would load the menu screen and when I select my account, it just closes the app. If I open the app again, it loads the same menu screen. Useless...

★★☆☆☆ The outage map is terribly slow and unresponsive. A big step in the wrong direction from the old map.
