Bad support, bug full app, more than a month for verification after multiple calls and emails verified but transactions fail when trying to send money. Pathetic support and follow up non-existent, I have to wake up them up every week to get a reply to try again, and I always face a new error. Rework your support and app then come back ABSA.

ABSA . Perfect that you created this App... Just one urgent need... Spark needs to work with Security antivirus apps... If it cannot work with apps like Surf Shark it increases my security risk...and currently it is blocking me....then I cannot use it... please fix?

Very poor experience... I installed this app like 3 months ago .... finally the app indicates verification in progress we shall let you know your daily limit... one of the technical guy called me and assured me that it will be updated soon... I called him he said so each and every time.... last time I called him the phone number does not exist.... till now it's not yet activated..... a poor customer service...

One of the worst onboarding journey, and yet they spent millions just to showcase their achievement. I wonder how many times I had to do the facial recognition, then come the utility where you get something is wrong. If you were really a true online onboarding platform, you would have it really seamless. I'm already an ABSA client but I wanted to try their non Absa onboarding journey. Really disappointed. But anyway, that ABSA for us.🤐
