Any remark entered during an online transaction is not visible anywhere. This issue existed in the previous app as well, and continues in the current one. Either remove the remark section or make it visible in statement. When will the update be released to allow adding another bank account with the same CIF number or mobile number?

Worst bank & banking app ever exist. NEFT take time to settle, any transaction by this app is headache. This app is not working 95% of the time.

Not able to log in to the new app since it has been launched. Every time I get error after entering account number.

The biggest problem in the application is that there is no option to reset the Login MPIN/TPIN password. When the phone gets formatted or when you change your mobile phone, the app keeps asking for the existing MPIN/TPIN. I have already taken the token three times and resubmitted the mobile application form, but it still asks to enter the forgotten MPIN/TPIN. How am I supposed to enter it, sir, when I don’t remember it?
