Designed to work in conjunction with a Splunk On-Call account, engineering teams can use features, including: • View a live Timeline of monitoring data with ongoing status updates • Configure and receive IT alerts via: push notifications, SMS alerting, email alert notifications, or phone calls • Acknowledge, reroute, and resolve incidents inside the Splunk On-Call monitoring system with attached annotations • Associate alerts with the system sending the information via integration icons attached to alerts • Contact team members or initiate conference calling • Chat and contribute to solutions, regardless of whether a team member is on-call • Swap on-call duties with a single touch • Capture resolution details to expedite future remediation and build team intelligence • Display runbooks and relevant graphs within alerts to more quickly ascertain severity and resolution steps

I am getting notified when an incident is Resolved... But no notification when the incident is triggered... WHF?

I'm not getting notifications on Triggered incidents, please fix that. Otherwise the application is great.

App not alerting on Android when on call shift starts/ends. Unsure to trust it will alert me if I get paged for an issue. I have all the necessary overrides set for Android do not disturb etc.

I wish my company would use anything other than this, but we're stick with it. The app makes acknowledging an alert a chore. Can't ack multiple alerts from the notification only single alerts. Half the time the ack button in the notification opens the app. Inside the app is a mess the acknowledge button is not easy to locate and then there's the unstoppable insights popup that causes the entire screen to shift as you go for the ack button causing you to hit the useless insights thing. Garbage.
