★★★★★ Very good product and excellent customer support! However, I do find that the weather forecast for my location from the App is not always accurate. Especially if rain is in the forecast I'm my area but it doesn't rain in my location.

★★★★★ Update: Reached out to support via the website, email contact and received prompt support. They found an issue with the initial setup and fixed it for me. Able to see device in the app now. Thank you! Initial: Can't use it.. keeps crashing whenever I open it. Had high hopes...guess I'll return the device.

★★☆☆☆ works very well when it stays connected to wifi. if it loses connection it won't auto reconnect and won't manually reconnect in set up mode. I have to uninstall, reinstall the app and then add new device each time. even then it takes several attempts before it works.

★★☆☆☆ The Sprinkl Control app is now live. I've installed or, and will review it after I get the controller installed and set up.
