Ordered 6 cupcakes for a birthday. Disappointing, cakes were dry as dirt, falling apart, no moisture what-so-ever. The cupcakes were not freshly made. They were stale! The kind of stale that does not happen overnight. Thanks Sprinkles for nothing!

Cupcakes are great, App is NOT... This app is so confusing, glitchy and just plain annoying. You can't make any changes to your pickup selection or location. Once accidentally choosing a location and pickup method you're stuck. Can't be changed or updated - even closing the app and restarting the phone doesn't work. Switch and Location menu items aren't what you think that they would be and then ordering your cupcakes offers zero options or instructions.
