I love these cupcakes and I will keep buying them, but unfortunately today they broke their winning streak with me. My order was missing a cupcake and I bought them as a gift, so it was pretty disappointing that it was missing the most iconic one out my order, the Sprinkles cupcake.

I absolutely love their cupcakes, always coming out with new flavors. Everyone is very knowledgeable and is able to help you out. I do miss having the option to pay cash.

One son! Oh, my goodness! Have you tasted these with ice cream??!!! Share the love you'll be barricading the front door! To keep all visitors out! With or without ice cream, but I prefer with NON-DAIRY ICE-CREAM!

The cupcakes are out of this world perfect balance of cake to frosting to interior filling the folks in the DC Georgetown store are amazing super friendly veery polite and product knowledgeable The vibe is great to think Cheers for cupcakes How could you go elsewhere in 2 years with at least 6 visits per month never a bad experience great just great
★★☆☆☆
Ordered 6 cupcakes for a birthday. Disappointing, cakes were dry as dirt, falling apart, no moisture what-so-ever. The cupcakes were not freshly made. They were stale! The kind of stale that does not happen overnight. Thanks Sprinkles for nothing!

Cupcakes are great, App is NOT... This app is so confusing, glitchy and just plain annoying. You can't make any changes to your pickup selection or location. Once accidentally choosing a location and pickup method you're stuck. Can't be changed or updated - even closing the app and restarting the phone doesn't work. Switch and Location menu items aren't what you think that they would be and then ordering your cupcakes offers zero options or instructions.

Makes you wait 30 mins just for some cupcakes bad service with this new mobile order only
