Had preinstalled on all my sprint [Samsung Galaxy] devices prior to the Big Tmobile take over/ merger. Even then, I may have tried using a handful of times if any, but did maintain upgrades to the application to keep up to par incase of a security related issue whether through device, ANDROID OS, even possibility through sprint wireless as my carrier, or App itself. Never had any breaches, suspicion of breach, hackings, theft, and or spam related to the use or installation of the app itself. A+

I am experiencing the same issue I spent 2 hrs adding because sprint complete said an account associated with my email was hacked set up my keyphrase. I added close to 15 accounts added my finger print. Closed the app i tried to reopened the app. With the same keyphrase, error messaging. Wrong key phrase.. fake app I feel uncomfortable so I am going to change my all of my passwords
