Just bought an LG G6 and diwnloaded the app. It does not even open up. It's a shame that an app that does not work is in the app store. It gives Sprint a bad image. App should be pulled from app store immediately or fixed. Hope it's fixed but ad for now, this app is worthless.

Ridiculous. This app has been promising an updated (and working) version for almost a year now. Can't even pay my Sprint bill with it anymore, nor can I take money out without the card (which was never sent to me). This app should be pulled from the store altogether.

Mad This app doesn't work. Won't let me sign up. Keeps telling me there's an error. I sent an email to sprint yesterday about it and they said they would get back with me in 24 hours. Nothing yet. Not happy at all and for all the money they charge for service they need to do better.
