Hey, everybody, I tried in vain to get the Sprint VVM app to work after putting in the new Sprint/TMobile SIM card. After giving up I wondered if using TMobile's VVM app would work, so I installed it, and voila! I now have visual voicemail! Give it a try and see if it works for you. During the setup it will say that another account is already associated with the phone, and it will ask if you want to set up a new account. Do it. If you don't, it won't finish the setup. But it works! Yay!

Had the Sprint Voice-mail app and loved it. Worked really well. Showed me messages in text . Switched Sim cards to Tmobile and I had to switch from Sprints voice-mail system to Tmobiles. Big mistake. Doesn't work and gives no text. Do yourself a favor , stick with Sprint and don't switch Sim cards. Trust me Sprints apps are better. Tmobile could care less about Sprint customers. Be happy with Sprint Visual Voice-mail I so regret switching Sim cards

I haven't been able to hear my voice mails being played on this app at all in about 4 months. It acts like it's playing but there's nothing. I have to dial in to see my voicemail. Just tried to install it, because apparently that's an option, even though it's installed and it says I can't. This sucks!!

Doesn't work properly. Comes up with error after error messages and takes forever to try and get my voicemails. Which it doesn't even tell me I have. I just want my dang voicemails.

Was forced to upgrade from Sprint to T-mobile. Since upgrading I'm unable to use or locate Visual Voicemail. Due to issues with T-mobile's Sim card, the tech had to switch me back to Sprint. Tried to re-download Visual Voicemail, but not allowing access to either system This is so frustrating 😤. I'm so unhappy.
