Worst worst experience root number 5 bus, this bus is full of cockroaches they have charged 1500 and provided the worst service with cockroaches, staff behavior is also not good.

Online booking you are taking 1200+ from BLR to Kundapura or vice versa. But who took bus in between the trip when ticket are unsold in online you are giving 50% off without booking or tickets. How can it be possible.

Very unprofessional service by Sri Sai Tourist. My pickup time was 8:45 PM, but the pickup person called at 8:20 PM asking me to reach by 8:30 PM. I informed him I would reach by 8:40 PM and reached exactly on time. The bus passed right in front of me and stopped 500 meters away. When I called, the pickup person spoke arrogantly saying “Come here if you want, otherwise leave it.” Later they blamed me saying I didn’t wave at the bus. I also called their office to report this issue, butno one answered
