This app usually works well. Recently there have been a few issues. The good thing about the support team is when I emailed describing the problems I was having I got a phone call and was given some things to try to stop the app freezing. Good on the team for taking the time to call. Now need so job alerts to come through to see if the problem is resolved.

App was working well until it went pear shaped last weekend. App is alerting me job has been posted but opens a mainly blank screen except for banner with drop down menu which is not responding. So can't see jobs offered/respond to job offers/see or update my calendar or anything else. Very frustrating and currently useless for purpose for me. I have an android 5 phone which it worked okay on until a few days ago.

Staff sync is not great at all. Sometimes I don't get notified of work, and I'm missing out. Went through all the problem-solving and troubleshooting with person on the 0800 number and this issue is still happening! Not OK when you need to get work! Kinds are having to text me to let me know when they've published a job, so I at least have the opportunity to respond...makes the app a bit pointless!
