A good app for champs. An idea whose time has come. A few considerations thought that can be included in the app: -Enable both sms and app notifications at the same time. Any notification from the app to members should be both in app format and sms as well. -Consider adding more features of contributions like welfare, merry-go-round etc. You currently have only 4 options of contributions ie joining fee, contributions, penalties and loans. Consider expanding the bracket. Otherwise, it's a good idea

Make it possible to transfer money from Stanbic Account to my Stanbic Chama App wallet directly without having to deposit to Mesa first for convenience to those who have both accounts. This may even add more customers to Stanbic Bank.

It is a great app for Champs. I would suggest the following improvements:- 1. Tell us more about new updates so that we can start using the new features. 2. Multi-invoicing instead of selecting one by one. 3. Initiating payment from the app to Mesa (STK Push). 4. Overview of all the members' total contributions.

You people are doing great, and you are going to take over champs managements in Kenya. This app is superb however you need to streamline Statements part which is so difficult to understand. If possible you can also allow champs logo to appear in statements of individual member and general Members statements. Kindly work on streamlining the appearance of statements. Am I looking forward to rate you 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Been on the app for 9 months now, I'm still finding it too crowded and confusing especially if you have a big chama. You should look into simplifying it. Also instead of "unallocated deposits" show in the statements the person or phone number that made the contributions.

Day 2 of using this app and signing in is a nightmare. Who signs up with a username, that I can't remember because it had to be unique and my first name is so common. Why can't we sign in with our email which is unique either way? Also, after signing in it says service unavailable. As for day one, the only tab I could access was my profile and after sending everything for verification I still don't know how the navigation works in the app.
