The app is good, but it would be great if as a user we can see the distance for the trips too in the transaction history or Ride details option can be added where qe can view the details of all the previous rides.

I was quite put off by comments about the locks not working, but it all worked simply and easily for me. The bikes are unlikely to be in the Olympics but are perfectly decent for city rides and better than I expected

Bikes need maintenance. Many times can not unlock or lock bikes due to faults. And then you get fined for apparently not locking the bike properly.

You really need to sort out the locking/unlocking process ASAP - it's awful with success rate less than 20% in my experience. Embarrassing for the city (and I suspect Starling will be jumping ship at earliest opportunity...)

SCAM IN MOST POLITE WAY, Charged £27 for 15 minutes ride, contacted customer support to get refund, they said I left bike outside return area, maybe you should tell customers before charging them huge amount of money, DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK, WON'T USE THEM AGAIN.
