Pretty random when it works and then doesn't. Up until a week ago I could access documents. Now I need them I can't access them. No error, just spins around

When I was first given access to the Stratify App (Android version) in Dec 2020, I downloaded it to both my Samsung Galaxy 9 smartphone and my S6 Tablet. (I would have much preferred a desktop version, but you take what you can get.) My first impression was that it had the functionality I was after e.g. property information, finances, meeting records, maintenance notification and progress. However, it was pretty "clunky" to use. I would have given it an overall 3* rating at that time. In January 2021, the App was updated. At the end of January, the App - at least on my devices - stopped displaying any documents, including past ones. It would upload some info, but mostly not (e.g. the car rego update mentioned in another review). It does not have any new notifications, so it's not receiving those. Given the above issues I would not be brave enough to risk using the PAY NOW feature for levies. Looking at other Play Store reviews, other people are having the same experience. Our Strata Agent staff have tried valiantly to help me. In turn, I have checked my phone settings and App permissions to make sure the App has what it needs to work. Any constructive suggestions welcome. I will happily use the App again (and update the Review) if these concerns can be addressed. Thanks.

Slow, clunky, non-user friendly app, inaccurate recording of defect logs (especially private vs common), logs of private defects of OTHER apartments appearing on my logged in app, regularly freezes and will not allow input into app, cannot access logged issues/defects unless you log a new defect then immediately hit back button, important recent logged issues "archived" or "rejected" with no means to see an explanation, regular phone messages that the app is crashing.... Could it be any worse?
