I've been following Meg and her journey for years. I've been working out (strength training) for years and came to a plateau and was feeling unmotivated. I decided to give the app a try, starting with the 7 trial, and I haven't looked back. I look forward to working out again. I feel myself getting stronger. The app is user-friendly and straightforward.

I have joined this program literally 3 different times, each time writing, starting a different program, only to come back to SBTD! I can say, I am here to stay, for the long haul. The ability to work with this program where you are is 100% what kept bringing me back. Workout where you are and build from there! Take it from a 56-year-old woman, who has lost 70+ lbs and building strength at the same time! Join! Just start! You won't regret it@

I'm a returning user. When this app initially launched I used it for almost two years. It was buggy back then. After being gone for over a year I had hope that changed. In the past two months the bugs have got me wanting to leave again. I came back in August and had one or two workouts not save "Oops something went wrong appears." Well that has been almost weekly the past two months. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Still, I'm loosing data. Other than that it's a 5/5.

I like the program, this is a review of the app. Twice it has lost all my previous logged workouts. It consistently asks me to resume the workout if I navigate to a different screen and will be slow and lose some records when resuming. Currently, it won't register the 'complete workout' button, so I guess today's workout (and new PR) are unrecorded.
