Probably the worst app I've ever had the misfortune to have to use, totally unreliable, totally broken. How this got released in this state is beyond me, utterly terrible. Forgets your payment information constantly, logs you out constantly, fails to connect constantly. But what can you expect from geniuses at FM Conway?

Bizarre decision to make the old app obsolete without any warning or notification...had no idea why it stopped working before figuring out that there was a new version of the app that I had to download separately and set up again on. The feature where you have to select the charging point before plugging in (old app you could plug in first) is very annoying, and if charging stops for any reason you have to physically go to the charge point to restart, on the old app you could do this remotely!
