I truly love this app. I've dealt with other insurance companies like Premera, Blue Cross and Kaiser. Surest is absolutely the best insurance company to work with and their app reflects that. I really love how easy the app is to navigate and to find doctors and evaluate and compare costs. It's easy to submit claims. And the customer support is just my favorite.

This app hasn't worked in months. It doesn't even allow you to get to the login screen before it returns an error message. I had to delete the app to even be able to access the web page, as my phone automatically triggers the app when logging into the Surest website. A fully functional app is kind of important when trying to quickly access insurance claims and provider information.

non-functional app. Support had me uninstall and reinstall based on the error I was experiencing. The error details provided by app don't seem to be helpful to staff attempting to help you. The website works fine, but a functioning app would be more helpful. The plan I have has a different copay for every provider. The providers have no idea what my copay should be, so it is helpful to be able to bring it up on the app for them when in the office. App has worked ok in the past. No longer.
