Finding information and Doctors is easy with app

Biometrics do not work, which means username and password have to be manually inputted each login. Using *any* filter functions will result in the app freezing/shutting down. Absolutely terrible.

This app is absolutely awful. I generally have to go to the big computer and login to the website for surest. It's difficult to search for claims in the app it's difficult to search for doctors or providers it's difficult to figure out how much you might owe and if you do find something the chances are good that it's wrong. If I could give this app a rating of -5 I would.

Why would you make your dumb garbage block taking pictures? Had to uninstall the app and use the website to get my insurance card. Completely asinine """security""" feature that just makes your app a pointless waste of time.
