I truly love this app. I've dealt with other insurance companies like Premera, Blue Cross and Kaiser. Surest is absolutely the best insurance company to work with and their app reflects that. I really love how easy the app is to navigate and to find doctors and evaluate and compare costs. It's easy to submit claims. And the customer support is just my favorite.

This app hasn't worked in months. It doesn't even allow you to get to the login screen before it returns an error message. I had to delete the app to even be able to access the web page, as my phone automatically triggers the app when logging into the Surest website. A fully functional app is kind of important when trying to quickly access insurance claims and provider information.

First, what's the point of being able to find a provider if can't make an appointment or even just get a simple link to the providers' website. You just get a phone number. Next, I shouldn't need cell service to recover my password when I get a new phone. I shouldn't be required to have a phone number. Why is my email not an option? This two factor needs to go. It's just insurance. Not government secrets. Pointless app if you just lock me out of it for being out of cell service.
