The trainers are great here, but I do take issue with the 30-day cancellation policy and how expensive they are compared to similar services. I was paying month to month for $90 per hour and when I talked to a customer service rep, they tried to get me switch to $75 per session, but I can find a more affordable option and won't be using Svetness again.

Terrible experience: - It took extremely long for a trainer to be assigned to me, and I had to follow up many times for that to happen. - I reported issues with my first trainer, svetness acknowledged my issues but didn't take any action for ~3 weeks. L had to follow up more to get a new trainer assigned to me. - They don't send a reminder for new payments, there's a 100% chance that you'll be charged one extra month for some reason or the other. - They are extremely overpriced
