Can not unlock the bikes with the error message "no connection to the bike". But 25 Euro are deducted immediately. Tried 3 bikes with the same issue, no success. But 75 Euro booked right away

Last month I had a problem with renting a bike, it did not work, then I contacted with customer service. Since then, I can't even use the app, I cleared the datas and everything. After I log in, an error occurs and I can't continue, I refresh and refresh again. And again. It does not work.v

In some ways swabi is an improvement over Tier, but the app is often very buggy or just brittle in response to intermittent failure conditions-like when a card payment was rejected, the account can't book a bike anymore for some time even if adding additional cards, neither can it remove the card that had a rejected payment. Or it gets stuck in a limbo where there's no active trip, but it thinks there's an active trip
