Driver cancel cab as and when they want ! It's always happening when advanced request 1 day before , some driver will accept it. Asked whether if it's confirmed and of cuz yes. Next moment when nearer to the date or time the driver cancel the ride. WHATTHEHELL ==

What is the point of even downloading it if new riders cannot even sign up. And also what do you mean by last registration was on 6 Dec please join grabhitch to enjoy more carpooling services.does this mean that u guys are advertising grab? I think this is also the reason why drivers cannot pick many calls because not many people actually use the app or is unable to.

Lousy app, irresponsible driver This app dont even deserve a single star. Few days back, driver name Endi Wan, accepted/confirm my trip to airport, end up did not turn up. Now i'm rushing to airport for my flight. What kind of service is this. According to app adminstrator, all the reply is driver drive out of good will. If they cannot commit or no show then jolly well dont join this app. I did not cancel the trip anyway. Dont you all ever dare to charge me when your driver did not turn up. As i know cancellation charge $4 fees.
