And to think I have been paying 23 a month for Dropbox when synology will do even better job. Pics backups, data access and large file transfers is what I need. Look no further than getting Synology in your home.

Reliable and versatile enough to make specific granular folder backups with the Sync function. It can upload only, have two-way sync, or download from NAS only. It has browsing categories for documents, photos and files as well as one for shared files. No issues during use, and I use it to make instant uploads from my Xiaomi 15 Ultra. But backup function seems to be limited to default camera photos and documents folder.

This app is great, and I can't imagine not using it, but this week it started draining my phone's battery to the point of making it unusable. One example I went to sleep with my phone fully charged and woke up to Synology Drive having consumed 70% battery overnight (with no files having changed in that timespan). Had this happen multiple times in the past few days. Please fix this 🙏

Refuses to sync pictures or zip files properly. You thinking NAS app could upload photos without throwing a fit 🙄

DS File had ability to extract archives on-server and other remote actions. This seems to be removed from Synology Drive.

Worse app ever to back up photos from your phone. Extremely slow and looses non-stop connection with your Nas.
