It took awhile to set up and login. But once you remember your password, and you're logged in it's very easy. Is like anything with technology you've just got to have a bit of patience and a bit of time to work things out. And then everything just drops into place just have patience... I know they sort of things can be frustrating... but like anything once you get the hang of it it comes natural

Been using this app in conjunction with my gp mainly never had any problems apart when I changed gps, but the surgery sorted it out as I'm not tech savy better than the stupid NHS APP

The app works OK usually. I can see my history, order repeat prescriptions and book appointments. It does have a bug though. If I click on coded info, the app crashes out and closes. Also, no test results are showing. People who say the app is useless because they can't book appointments, that's not the app, that's the surgery that uses the app. It's up to the GP surgery to put the available appointments on the app. It depends on the surgery, not the app.

What a load of useless tosh! Completely and utterly waste of time. Waste of resources and storage. Ui needs a complete overhaul from the ground upwards. Visit GP obtained login went home and logged in. Weeks later, tried to log in again, but it failed repeatedly from the cached credentials. Again, just to reiterate this app SystmOnline is pants ❌🩳🤢⬇️

Always signs me out when I am still using the app to order repeat prescription comes up saying I been logged out because someone new has logged in!! You get to see more information on Website rather than the app so 1 * is from me

Absolute garbage when your medication is up for review you have to ring your GP surgery instead of requesting it on the app what is the use of it
