Description
Build a signed T&M ticket and export it as a PDF before the super leaves the job: labor, material, and equipment lines, an evidence photo, and an on-glass signature, done today instead of written up from memory a week later.
Paper T&M tags go missing. Industry estimates put it at 2 to 5 percent of tags, and every lost white copy is legitimate extra work the office never bills. T&M Ticket replaces the triplicate carbon book in your pocket. There is no white copy to lose.
FROM PAPER PAD TO PDF Start a ticket in seconds: project, GC, location, who directed the work, one scope line. Add labor by role and hours at your bill rates. Add material with quantity, unit cost, and markup. Add equipment with hours and rate. Attach an evidence photo and a note, then capture the signer's name and on-glass signature. Review flags anything missing before you export. Crew, material, and equipment presets make the next ticket faster, and drafts autosave on every entry, so nothing is lost if the phone dies.
FROM TICKET TO CHANGE ORDER The PDF carries the drawn signature and the photo: that is the record you hand the GC. The CSV carries every line item, so the office prices it into the change order request or the next pay app without retyping. Totals are computed in exact cents from the rates and markups you enter, so there is no rounding drift between the field ticket and the office spreadsheet.
Editing a ticket after it is signed visibly invalidates the signature until the ticket is signed again. Every export carries the preparer name, the date and time, and a note that the content is the author's record.
