I ordered the milk tea on this app. They took my payment without my confirmation to pay with the card as soon as I put my card details on the app. There was no way to cancel the order. So I had to call the shop I ordered. They said they could not refund it because offline and online flatform were different and gave me a voucher which was valid only for 2 weeks!!
