★★☆☆☆ This application absolutely rubbish. I was paid entry fee, but I couldn't any booking. Also, the application not useful. I have to close my account.

★★☆☆☆ AVOID! AVOID! App is slow and clunky for carers. Carers also have serious problems being paid by head office. I am chasing payment for jobs which ended early November 2024 and nothing is coming to fruition. Carers are the ones doing the work and propping up the platform and the brands' reputation. By denying our payments you are undermining trust and this will bring the brand down. Without your self-employed carers you will not grow as there will be no one to provide care to clients. 🤷🏼‍♀️

★★☆☆☆ I was a sitter and I did not get paid for a job. I requested the payment after the job and the money did not go in my bank. I spoke to customer service, and they couldn't help. It's been 6 months.
