Couldn't buy a ticket in the app (had to use the website). Also, not satisfied with the airline (constant overbooking and cancelling the tickets)

This app is a mess and reflects very poorly on the company behind it. It fails to display information about my past flights, and somehow even shows negative miles in my account, which shouldn’t even be possible. That alone raises serious concerns about how things are being managed internally. On top of that, booking a flight is frustratingly unreliable. I often have to try multiple times just to complete a reservation, as the app freezes, crashes, or simply doesn’t go through.

Literally trash. The app and TAP Air Portugal's website are both awful.
