BAD & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very Rude Operator. I am using my company number for my mobile number does not have load to call. But the operator does not wish to attend my concern regarding my credit card.

I am facing an issue with my Tasheel Finance account where my payments are being declined and my login ID has been blocked. Due to this, I am unable to access my account, make pending payments, or discontinue the credit card service properly. I have already sent multiple emails regarding this issue over the past several days, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from the customer care team.

I was just delayed for my payments for 5 months for some valid and very important reason. And they blocked my personal bank account. And when the time I was about to pay them the money I deposited on my own bank accent has been hold and cannot be used. They just take the hold amount and didn't input in my tasheel accent. When I call the customer service they are not very polite, like they don't like to do anything at all! Not just one person but all the customer service I call multiple time!
