BAD & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very Rude Operator. I am using my company number for my mobile number does not have load to call. But the operator does not wish to attend my concern regarding my credit card.

I was just delayed for my payments for 5 months for some valid and very important reason. And they blocked my personal bank account. And when the time I was about to pay them the money I deposited on my own bank accent has been hold and cannot be used. They just take the hold amount and didn't input in my tasheel accent. When I call the customer service they are not very polite, like they don't like to do anything at all! Not just one person but all the customer service I call multiple time!

Tasheel Finance is a good loan provider in KSA. But, the downside is their mobile applications. Most of the time, I encountered issues with logging in. If you call their customer service, they will just reply with "I will raise the concern with our IT department" and still nothing happened. I also sent Email messages more than 10 times, but Unfortunately, I never ever received even 1 reply from them. Hope they will hire IT Experts to solve these issues.
