Utterly useless. Tried to use in Salon as directed by the Salon own taxi service but when trying to book it says no companies!

Used it 4 times, no problem then nightmare - the driver just turned around mid-trip, nobody else took the ride, and I came late for work. Also, they obviously took their €15 for 'CANCELLATION FEE' Great job Palma taxi!

Worst taxi app ever. Drivers will accept and then cancel anytime they want. Twice, our taxi literally stopped for us and then the driver cancelled the job and drove off. That is if you can even get a taxi on it. They need to do better....much better. Don't waste your time as it only leads to absolute frustration. Over 1 hour waiting for a taxi which kept getting cancelled. Ended up paying 3x as much to get an uber in 5 mins. Taxis are terrible in Tenerife which makes us not want to ever return.

What a complete and utter waste of time and effort. Attempted to use in both Tenerife and Ibiza. Neither time have we been able to book a taxi for 4 people. Save yourself the time and do it the old-fashioned way; go to a taxi rank or hail a cab from the street. This app is not fit for purpose and does not deliver when you need it. It's trying to be Uber. It's the complete opposite.
