Works well for the most part: 1) Sometimes doesn't realise the watch is on/off. 2) Also, adding a Friend on the V-Watch will sometimes not show the Friend. Have to delete from the app and then re-add them. Apart from those, it's useful!

Awful. Rarely get son's messages when he leaves them, and vice-versa. Have resorted to the alarm function to communicate home time as messages can't be relied on to get through. Message notifications arrive days later, if at all. Seriously, how hard can it be to send basic messages. And don't talk to me about the time it takes to update the map location!

When will you be fixing the update so that I can hear messages from my child again!!!!!???? Completely defeats the purpose of having the app and the watch if I cannot hear her messages in an emergency!

Bad dont use . As only for first months working with app, but kept broken down not letting us know where the watch location is. Even the customer service from Vodafone where the watch and plan from , and also technical support not able to fix. Useless.
