Excellent device ! I appreciate the Safety and assurance of tracking my child. I feel good about him leaving knowing I can see where he is in real time. He can quickly call me if he needs me, and his approved friends can call him & they chat on the speaker of the watch. This would also be perfect for thr elderly. Charging is fast and lasts several days. Also tracks step, fun device for your kid/preteen

This app has worked very well for our family for the last few years. Family members who switched to the Verizon family app are experiencing many issues and can no longer send messages to my kids, which makes them feel sad and isolated from extended family. Verizon, please reconsider discontinuing the gizmo app! It works just fine and allows my children to communicate easily and safely with family members no matter who their sell carrier is.

Don't waste your money. Return the Gizmo and get something more stable. Texts must go through the parents' app, and not all phones are compatible with the app. Activation took four hours because the intelligent person at Verizon decided I, the adult, wanted to replace my phone with a kid's watch. Once arriving home and realizing, all evening on the phone with cs and it unwinding the problem. Next morning, the child's father can't send text to the gizmo because his phone is not compatible w/ app.

App is failing and malfunctioning. Currently, on the phone for 2 hours with Verizon trying to add my child's replacement watch. We've gone through multiple steps over and over again, to no avail. The app continues to crash.

So very slow to the point of being unusable. I can't just call or text my kid I have to use this slow and clunky app. The entire 'messages' screen just doesn't load sometimes until I force close the app. Location updates take minutes. Calls ring and ring with no response from the watch. Borderline insulting that I'm paying Verizon for this
