Excellent device ! I appreciate the Safety and assurance of tracking my child. I feel good about him leaving knowing I can see where he is in real time. He can quickly call me if he needs me, and his approved friends can call him & they chat on the speaker of the watch. This would also be perfect for thr elderly. Charging is fast and lasts several days. Also tracks step, fun device for your kid/preteen

I would say it has been 5 years since we got this watch for mom. It is mainly for tracking her when she would go out solo as she was very independent and in stores when our cell connection would not work, this did. She still wears it for fast calling while out.

App keep crashing when trying to update the step count for my kid. It just keeps shutting off. I need help with this please. other than that it works with jo issues.

Lots of issues to work out! GPS location is frequently many states off, not just a few miles, & it has nothing to do with being indoors or outdoors. Though in Ohio, our child's Gizmo frequently shows that she is in Florida! Another major issue is that the Gizmo puts itself into school mode at times that have not been programmed. It frequently "school modes" the watch when our child should have full access to it. As far as being able to make phone calls and texts, it is working as expected.

App is failing and malfunctioning. Currently, on the phone for 2 hours with Verizon trying to add my child's replacement watch. We've gone through multiple steps over and over again, to no avail. The app continues to crash.
