Run. I have been with this company since 2022. When I lost my phone in 2022 they start telling me that it was not on any contract, so they can't do anything. Yesterday I lost my phone now the excess is 149 for refurbished phone. Scammers

Had this pack since Barclays offered it to my account, this likewise version 2022, but have been paying monthly fee years prior with one claim 7+ years ago. Yet for last 2 weeks I have been unable to process a claim for current device via the make a claim under the device showing, all necessary information is filled but confirm contact does not highlight, stays muted. ???? Who do I contact regarding fulfilling the contract I am paying a monthly fee for!!! 03/03/2025
