Horrendous app and advise you to not use. Installed it and attempted to add devices but kept freezing. Restarted ot and said no network connection and would only open via barclays app. Placed a claim for my tablet to complete it and pay the required £75 to then have it changes my claim to my phone. No way to contact them via the app so then had to hunt out website details to do it all. I would advise anyone to just do everything via website and not app as it's a waste of space on your phone.

App is not being working, keeps crashing. Called customer service to let them know, they said no issues from their side reported, blaming my device or Internet. Tried to explain to the lady, but she wouldn't have it. Moving to the claim, I've asked if I could get price as the app is down. Absolute joke attitude from the customer service, felt like I've insulted her the way she was talking.
