★★★★★ Abram Harder · Feb 9, 2022

Great app very, very useful and teksavvys internet is at an amazingly affordable price, and it's really fast just a side note tho the apps tracking to how mush Wi-Fi used is WAY off I am downloading around 6 TB of games (not done yet but getting close) but the app only shows 4 gigs used I don't know if there is just a delay (like there is on the website and so far as I know that is correct, but there's a delay, so we will see) but 5tb is showing up as 4 gigs, but it's unlimited, so it doesn't matter

I've been using Savvy for just under a month. This app is outdated, and now it's all switched to a web address you need to follow. Overall, the experience is amazing, and I would recommend TekkSavvy to anyone!

Not able login or manage the router. When I scan the barcode behind the modem it's showing scan the bar code from quick installation guide. Which is a link for an installation video. Now you're what is the use of this app.

★☆☆☆☆ Jim Thedorf · Aug 7, 2022

The app requires to be input of the MAC address and serial number for the router. The serial number field allows for numeric only, but my router serial number is alphanumeric, so I could not use the app.

Utter trash. Can't even set up my new router. It crashes every time I scan the QR code and when I try to set it up manually it encounters a connection error without much detail. This really affects my opinion of savvy as a company.
