Poor service. The scooter was not even in a good working condition. And not even moving due to switch problem. Agony is when I want to cancel my ride and I can't scan out the qr code as it showing error and low battery. Indeed I lost money without even ride the scooter. The customer care end my trip eventually after 22 min without riding the scooter but the money is credited from my card. Never gonna use agian.

do not use telepod, the scooters break for no reason and then while your meter is running and your no where near a station, their customer service says repling in 2 hours.
