Had the forever loading screen bug a few times, mostly if I forgot to turn on mobile data or had poor signal when I opened the app. I never had issues with subsequent uses of the app if I got it to work the first time. Very happy with the service (Chapinero, Bogotá). Good bikes, considering how much they get used. Plenty of stations, but it's still possible to find empty/full ones. I see rebalancing them often. 1-star ratings are unfair. Very difficult service to provide without any issues.

Shocking customer service. No response from anyone. Trips will not stop when park the bike, so you can't access another one. Hope they don't charge while the trip continues. Get your act together

Open Tembici app, it prompts Security error. Error code is TB50.103, even we close the developer mode, the error still occurs. All Android devices fail, pls help to troubleshoot and fix it asap~

Garbage customer service. No phone number to call. Most bikes do not work. This all made me lose 2 hours waiting in the middle of the street at night. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

So many of the docking stations have been out of service in Bogotá. It has been a week, and they are still not fixed.

Awful service, no service at all. I had to block my credit card because Tembici was making additional charges days after my ride was over. Impossible to communicate with a human, and no answer to my emails. It's a shame such a good idea but with a horrible app
